About the event

In this class we will prepare the body through kriyas, simple breath work and pranayama and spend more time on some of the active and unique relaxation practices.Proper relaxation is highly recommended to repair the body from wear and tear and improve the functions of different bodily systems. We will also discuss what relaxation actually is as per yoga and why it is active.

  Why is relaxation important:

- to improve flow of blood increases around our body giving us more energy. 

-helps us to have a calmer and clearer mind which aids positive thinking, concentration, memory and decision making. --- --Slows our heart rate, reduces our blood pressure and relieves tension

- Aids digestion as we absorb essential nutrients more efficiently, 

- helps to fight off disease and infection and so MUCH MORE.
