About the event

Yoga is synonym to relaxation and yoga relaxation is up and conscious. In this session you will not only learn some relaxation tools and practices but also some teachings from yoga philosophy to manage your perception of stress 

approach to deal with day to day stressors.

 Each class will have a short discussion followed by practice of Jathis ( joint movements), active relaxation techniques, jnana kriyas and breathing. You will leave the class relaxed which will help enhance your sleep, repair, rejuvenation and relax both body and mind.
