About the event
Join me everyday from Oct 27- Nov 4 from 7:00 am -7:30 am to learn some of the cleansing ( Shuddhi Kriya),and introductory pranayama practices from the hatha yoga tradition.These practices are best done on an empty stomach especially in the morning when the body and mind are fresh and free from other disturbances.
Practices like Mukha bhastrika, Anunasika, kapalbhati, agnisara,chandra and surya nadi pranayama etc.. will be taught in the class.
It is very important to do these things consistently to see the difference in your body and the mind and build your personal practice. These practices are progressive in nature and these 9 days will help you to see the difference and grow furthur.
