Weekly Group Classes

You can find me at different locations in Edmonton teaching a variety of classes.

Classes are not limited to Asana!


Monday:

THE SHAAMA CENTRE (Online)
11:00-12:00 PM : Chair Yoga ( Seated & Standing)

( IF you a limited mobility then this class is for you. We perform modified yoga poses sitting on the chair or standing with the help of the chair) 
 


TUESDAY

WEST END SENIORS ACTIVITY CENTRE (Online and in-person)


9:30-10:30 AM:   Yoga for beginners

( This class is good for people who are interested in building a good foundation in yoga and learn yoga in a step by step manner)


10:45-11:45 AM: Manage Arthritis through yoga

( The class starts with joint movements/ jathis, kriyas and prepare body for different yoga positions particularly good for arthritic pain and limitations & breathing to reduce the inflammation.)

4:30-5:30 PM: Yoga & Active Relaxation

( The class starts with  gentle yoga kriyas & asanas to remove stiffness and tension from the body but the main focus of this class is on active relaxation practices unique to Gitananda tradition.)
