It takes 21 days to make a new habit. Sadhana is a sanskrit term used to refer to a daily spitirual practice to bring an inner change.
In this session we will learn hatha and Raja yoga practices in a progressive manner through the practice of:
Jathis
Surya Namaskara ( Sun Adoration): Different types of Surya namaskara will be practised.
Kriyas,
Asana ( Posture pattern)
Pranayama ( Breathing practice to work with the energetic body)
Active Relaxation techniquesÂ
Pratyahara (Withdrawing of senses & mind from outer world) which  will help us to prepare for the inner limbs of yoga MeditationÂ
We will look into yoga philosophy and discuss about choosing a practice that suits your unique body type and quality of mind.
