KRIYAS & TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY
MONDAY: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM


(In this class we perform sukshma and sthoola vyayama and certain breath based movements to prepare the body for asana practice. Certain techniques are applied to improve back bends, forward bends, hip mobility and strength.)


HATHA YOGA ASANA
WEDNESDAY: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM


In this session we practice asanas in a traditional way; slowly and holding every asana/pose to get deeper benefits. 

YOGIC RELAXATION
FRIDAY: 6:00 - 7:00 PM


(In this class we use different cleansing, breathing and yogic relaxation techniques to wrap up the week.)

PRANAYAMA & CHANTING
SATURDAY: 8:00 AM -9:00 AM
