Join us for "Learn to Breathe: The Yogic Way: 101," an enlightening workshop designed to deepen your understanding of the respiratory system and the significance of deep breathing. Discover the vital relationship between your mind, body, and breath, while learning techniques such asibhaga (sub-sectional breathing) and methods for breathing with retention and ratios. We'll also cover cleansing practices to enhance your breathing and introduce sound-based techniques for a holistic experience. This workshop is a prerequisite for our Classical Pranayama session, so don't miss out.
