WORKSHOPS & RETREATS
Yoga workshops and retreats are the best way to take a time off from the busy schedule and immerse into the deeper practices and reflection.
Yoga philosophy are not theorttical concepts but they are practical guide to lead a yogic life. The goal of every practices is to bring inner silence where all the noise can be heard, taken care of and transcended.
The intention of this retreat is to step away from the busyness of daily life and create space for reflection, inner listening, and honest self‑inquiry. When we become quiet, the mind naturally reveals thoughts and emotions that are often pushed aside or stored deep within the cave of the citta. These unprocessed impressions continue to shape our reactions, habits, and health.
Yoga philosophy describes these patterns as Citta‑vṛttis—the habitual movements of the mind. It explains how these Vṛttis arise, how they trap us in repetitive loops, and how they influence our physical and emotional well‑being. Many imbalances in the body, and even the roots of disease, can be traced back to disturbances in the citta, the mind‑stuff.
Modern science echoes this ancient understanding, referring to these conditions as psychosomatic disorders where the mind and emotions directly affect the body.
During this retreat, through silence, guided reflection, and yogic practices, you will gently explore these inner patterns, understand their origins, and begin the process of releasing what no longer serves your well‑being.
