About the event
This program incorporates a series of distinctive practices designed to promote both physical and mental relaxation. Specific kriyas or movements paired with exhalations help release accumulated stress, while energizing practices aim to enhance inner strength. Sound-based techniques, known as Nada, are employed to harness the therapeutic vibrations of sound for a profound effect.
Active relaxation kriyas are combined with specific breathing ratios to complete the practice, ensuring the benefits of the entire session are realized, culminating in contemplation.
